Lily has made no secret of her wish to become a mother, saying in May she hoped to be pregnant by the end of the year. She said at the time: ‘I’d want to be really hands-on for the first two or three years of having a little one. I don’t want to leave them.’ And in an interview with Elle magazine in July, Lily said she was planning to take a five-year break from the music industry to concentrate on 'higher priorities' such as having children.
