Eatting For Two New Risks

Eatting For Two!

GMTV Weather Girl Clair Nasir

Professor Philip James, chairman of the International Obesity TaskForce new report points out the health risks that we will have in later life. he points out that it can quadruple the risk of problems like diabetes, heart disease.

The Report recommends that 12 kilograms is about the right amount of weight during the gestation. That's about 200 extra calories a day. when you think how little that is it gives you a perspective on how much extra over and above most people eat.

We would like to wish Clair Nasir all the best in her fight.
